Pain in your foot can have many different causes. Injuries to your foot’s muscles, nerves, blood vessels, skin, tendons or ligaments can cause pain. Trauma to the foot, conditions such as diabetes or a combination of both are among the most common causes of foot pain.

Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome is a painful condition affecting the ankle that occurs when your tibial nerve becomes compressed. Symptoms include weakness, tingling, and numbness.
